No Late Fees for August Bills

Due to the transition to our new customer portal and the high call volume, we understand that not all customers were able to get setup on the new portal prior to the bill due date.

We will not be assessing late fees for bills issued in August (unless the bill remains unpaid by the September bill’s due date).
