Bill Pay Options and Online Portal

We hope that you find value in the many features the District offers through our online portal, including  NO FEE AUTO-PAY options!

Register Your Account Online

Our goal is to help our customers save water and money by being able to sign up for leak alerts, high bill alerts, text to pay options, daily and hourly water usage data, etc.  Visit your customer portal monthly to view these features! Please note: some of these features may not be available, but are coming soon!

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Auto withdrawal *NO FEES*
    • Sign-up to have your current water bill withdrawn from your bank checking account on the 5th or 20th of each month.  Submit online or print and mail the form.
  • Credit Card and ATM Card *NO FEES*
    • Call 1-866-279-7518 (you will need your account number)
    • Register your account through our online portal to set up auto-pay.
  • Bank bill pay *NO FEES*
    • Setup the District as a payee (allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your payment).
    • Please reference your account number on your most recent bill.
  • Check or Money Order *NO FEES*
    • Mail to: Diablo Water District, PO Box 127, Oakley, CA 94561
    • Use our drop box: 87 Carol Lane, Oakley, CA 94561
    • Please reference your account number on your most recent bill.
  • Cash *NO FEES*
    • Due to the current pandemic, we would appreciate another means of payment, but will accept as a last resort.
