Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office is closed to the public.  To avoid late fees, we encourage all of our customers to use our online bill payment solutions or call the office 925-625-3798 to make payment arrangements.

Staff is busy transitioning the District to a new financial management software system with new bill payment options.  The new online payment and water consumption portal will launch August 17th with new features for our customers.  Until then, look here for bill payment options.

How to Turn Off Your Water

If you need to shut off you water at the water meter, you must call the District and staff will turn off the water for you.

Turing off water at the backflow device

There are two shut off valves on the backflow device, but only the valve closest to your house can be shut off.  If you shut the valve off that is nearest to the water meter, the District may need to re-test your device and charge a test fee.

Turing off water at the house valve

Typically there is a valve on the pipe where the water line rises from the ground and enters your home (next to front door).  This valve will shut off water to your house and any downstream plumbing.
