Residential Application for Water Service
Please complete this form for new residential water service. To stop service, please complete our Request to Disconnect Water service form.
Customer shall abide by all Rules and Regulations, Ordinances, Resolutions, and policies adopted by the District and as amended.
Applications must be received by 12pm (Monday - Friday) for same day turn-ons. Please call our office at (925) 625-3798 for after hours water service connection. A non-refundable application fee of $30 will be charged to the first bill. A non-refundable charge of $100 is due payable by CASH/CHECK at time of connection for all AFTER HOURS call outs. Please note, if our office is closed due to a holiday, all turn-ons will be completed next business day. You may complete the form below or print and email/mail the form to our office.
A security deposit of $100 for property owners, or twice the estimated monthly bill, whichever is greater, will be placed on your first bill. A security deposit of $200 is required for tenants. At the time of application, $100 is due and the remaining $100 will be added to your first water bill. For additional District information please review the new customer guide.
