Monthly Service Charge Discount
Diablo Water District offers an income-based discount on the monthly service charge. Qualifying applicants must meet the below income guidelines and provide proof of participation in a qualifying program.

Eligibility Guidelines
- The person qualifying for the discount must be the account holder
- You must live at the address to which the discount applies
- You must notify the District if your household no longer qualifies for the discount
- You must renew your eligibility every three years
Note: Proof of participation in qualifying programs is required at the time of application. For the 50% discount, proof of income, such as paystubs, most recent tax returns, or equivalent proof, is also required. You will be able to upload these items during the application process.
