Construction Meter Request

Temporary water service for construction purposes is provided at fire hydrants through a hydrant meter supplied by the District. PLEASE NOTE: PERSONS FOUND USING WATER FROM A FIRE HYDRANT, WATER METER, AND OTHER DISTRICT INFRASTRUCTURE AND APPURETENANCES WITHOUT A HYDRANT METER ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT WILL FACE PENALTY CHARGES OF UP TO $10,000 PLUS DAMAGES AND COST OF WATER STOLEN. A security deposit is required for all hydrant meters and is due prior to delivery of the hydrant meter.

Service Charge

A service charge, plus water usage, will be billed monthly. I understand I am responsible for reporting readings to the District by the last business day of every month and failure to do so will result in a $150 charge each time a District employee is dispatched to read or recover the meter.
