Application for Use of District Logo

Diablo Water District’s Logo is a graphic symbol that identifies the District as an organization and is a visual association with the District’s mission, vision, and guiding principles. The Logo is the District’s intellectual property and thus shall only be used upon the expressed, written consent of the District in accordance with the District’s Logo Policy. Prior approval of a use shall not constitute approval for any future or recurring use. An organization may make a written appeal within fourteen (14) days of the District’s decision by submitting a written appeal to the District in accordance with the District’s Logo Policy.
