Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the importance of keeping our staff healthy, so that we can continue delivering drinking water 24/7, our office is closed to the public at least through July 31, 2020.  We encourage all of our customers to use our online bill payment solutions or call the office 925-625-3798.

Staff is busy transitioning the District to a new financial management software system with new bill payment options.  This will launch in mid-August with new features for our customers.

Recycled Water

Currently, the District does not utilize recycled water as part of the water supply portfolio.  Ironhouse Sanitary District offers seasonal recycled water filling stations at their office.  The District is in the process of studying potential reuse options (see Feasibility Study below).

Feasibility Study

The District has been awarded up to $100,000, by the State Water Resources Control Board, to help pay a portion of the joint recycled water feasibility study, that Diablo Water District and Ironhouse Sanitary District are in the process of preparing.

To view the proposed contents of the study please see the Recycled Water Feasibility Study Request for Proposal.  As the study progresses, drafts of the report will be posted here.
