Diablo Water District Moving to By-Division Elections

In order to comply with the California Voting Rights Act of 2001, many cities, school districts, water districts, and other special districts are switching from at-large elections to by-division elections.

At the Board of Directors meeting on September 25, 2019, the final map was selected.  In order to adopt the map it will be approved via a District Resolution proposed at the District's October 23, 2019 meeting @ 7:30pm.
