DWD may deny any application that does not meet all of the Program requirements, which are set forth in the Program Terms and Conditions. DWD reserves the right to alter the Program Terms and Conditions at any time, with no notice other than by posting the Program requirements on the DWD website. The applicant agrees to allow DWD to inspect the property before and after the landscape project is undertaken, to measure the lawn area to be replaced, and to confirm that the project meets the Program Terms and Conditions. The applicant agrees to allow DWD the right to use 'before' and 'after' photos or videos of the landscape project for purposes of promoting the Program and landscape water conservation. The Applicant agrees to allow DWD the right to install a yard sign in the finished landscape project area for a 30-day period after the project is complete. The applicant certifies that the attached photos are of the landscape project installation site, accurately show the site's current condition, and are not altered or modified. DWD does not warrant or guarantee that the applicant will experience lower water bills as a result of participating in the Program. DWD is not responsible for any damage that may occur to participant's property as a result of the Program. The applicant agrees to indemnify DWD, and its directors, officers, and employees, and to hold each of them harmless from and against all loss, damage, expense, and liability resulting from or otherwise relating to his or her participation in the Program.
