Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office is closed to the public.  To avoid late fees, we encourage all of our customers to use our online bill payment solutions or call the office 925-625-3798 to make payment arrangements.

Staff is busy transitioning the District to a new financial management software system with new bill payment options.  The new online payment and water consumption portal will launch August 17th with new features for our customers.  Until then, look here for bill payment options.  

Repairs and Responsibilities

The District is responsible for the water service line up to the water meter.  From the water meter to the house and beyond, is the responsibility of the property owner.

 

The water meter is District property and can only be operated by District employees.  Customers are responsible for any damage they may cause to the meter shut off valve.
